year 2002

Bankrupcy isn’t the end…

June 24, 2009 by dbradley · Leave a Comment

I started a side business in August, 2001 and when 9-11 hit, my business started to decline rapidly. I struggled to keep it alive towards the end of the year 2002.

I had to file Chapter 13 Bankruptcy the beginning of 2003. I had a conventional loan with a high interest rate of 11% and it was on an adjustable rate which meant that my interest rate had nowhere else to go but higher.

I called David Bradley of Just Mortgages and he helped me attain financing at a significantly lower interest rate as well as helping me increase my credit score through credit restoration.

If Mr. Bradley can help me with all the negative things I had to deal with over the past year and a half, he can certainly help you or anyone else.

Way to Go Dave! Keep up the good work!
